You’ll directly manage high-stakes relationships with national retail buyers and vendor partners, ensuring each product journey—from concept to crate—is flawless. In the first 90 days, you will conquer the following: 30-Day Goals: • Successfully complete onboarding and training across Airtable, ClickUp, and Google Sheets while maintaining 100% accuracy in weekly forecast management., • Shadow and participate in customer meetings and product pricing sessions to understand our full product lifecycle., • Independently manage communications with at least one major retail buyer and vendor partner., • Lead the coordination of all stakeholder efforts (design, compliance, ingredients, factory) on one active product launch, keeping all timelines on track., • Successfully launch your first product from concept to factory line, ensuring all steps are executed with zero operational errors., • Conduct your own tasting presentation and buyer follow-up that results in confirmed sign-off on a second new product concept., • Deliver a performance recap to leadership, tying your contributions to product launch success, customer engagement, and future revenue projections.
