Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are searching for Entry-Level "Resident Teachers" with a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0, and a desire for growth in a feedback-driven, supportive environment. The Zeta Teacher Residency Program is a 3-year program for new teachers. As a Resident Teacher, you will assist in building a classroom culture that fosters students' genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for families. If you are not on a pathway to certification already, Zeta provides a 2-year, fully subsidized certification and Master's degree program with a 3-year Zeta commitment. You will gain the knowledge and skills needed to elevate your teaching practice, and be on track to receive New York State professional certification in general and special education (a requirement of the role).
