Establishes and maintains strong and positive communication with parents through daily verbal contact, as well as through written notes, email, and phone conversations, when appropriate. Shares opening and closing responsibilities with the Teachers., 25. Completes special duties or assignments, some during office time, as assigned by the Director., 26. Attend family and center events, like potlucks, family fun nights, field trips. Requires additional evening or weekend hours 1 or 2 times a semester., 27. Job Description Job Summary The DVS Administrative Services (ADM) Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the ADM Director in managing the ADM areas of DVS and serves in the ADM Director’s capacity in their absence. ADM is comprised of the following DVS programs: • Finance and Budget Program. This critical program provides direct fiscal support to DVS purchasing, contracting, and budgeting needs. The entirety of the DVS operating budget is managed from this program with input and decisions from DVS leadership. In addition to operational budget management, this program is also responsible for remittance of all revenue streams and cash management for the division., • Training Program.
