Primary Responsibilities Supervise and engage 2- and 3-year-olds in daily learning and play. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom environment, common-use areas, and playgrounds. Encourage positive behavior with clear, consistent guidance. Follow all school and state health and safety regulations. Implement daily schedules and curriculum. Attend meetings, trainings, and school functions. Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
