Saab, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). This role manages, directs, and develops security programs and procedures that support contractually imposed Special Access Program (SAP) requirements in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1–4, ICD 705, and 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule). The CPSO will collaborate closely with government security offices, internal program teams, and partner security officers to ensure compliant, effective, and mission-focused security operations. Responsibilities include: * Ability to travel 5 - 10% (typically 1 - 2 trips per year). Program Security Management * Implement and manage SAP security programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, ICD 705, and customer-specific directives. * Develop, update, and maintain program SOPs, security plans, Program Protection Plans, PPPs, emergency action plans, and classification guidance. * Prepare for and manage government inspections and internal self-inspections. * Review program requirements and system documentation to ensure security requirements are incorporated into program execution. Personnel Security (PERSEC) * Process PARs, prescreening questionnaires, briefings, refresher trainings, and debriefings. * Maintain personnel security records using DISS, SIMS, JADE, and other required tools. * Maintain and update access rosters and process incoming and outgoing classified visit certifications. * Manage indoctrinations, eligibility determinations, and access tracking across multiple programs. Facility & Physical Security * Oversee SAPF operations, including access control, entry procedures, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and physical configuration management. * Partner with physical security to ensure proper operation and maintenance of access control and alarm systems. * Develop and maintain Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and all accreditation documentation for classified work areas. * Apply ICD 705 standards to facility upgrades and new construction projects. Information & Material Security * Coordinate with IT and ISSO teams to ensure the secure operation of classified systems and media. * Maintain accountability for classified materials, including inventories, receipts, transmissions, and destruction records. * Ensure classified materials are marked, stored, and controlled in accordance with program and contractual requirements. Administrative & Customer Support * Maintain organized filing systems, logs, tracking lists, and secure program areas. * Respond to customer walk-ins and provide ad hoc security support as needed. * Support program meetings, staff meetings, and teleconferences. * Establish positive, solution-focused working relationships with internal program teams and government PSRs and PSOs. * Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers while fostering a highly collaborative team environment. Education & Training * Develop, update, deliver, and track initial, event-driven, and annual SAP security education, training, and awareness. * Interpret and implement classification guidance. Incident Management * Investigate, document, and report security incidents or violations. * Recommend corrective actions and maintain communication with leadership and government security authorities. Compensation Range: $101,600 - $132,000 #CJ The compensation range provided is a general guideline. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Functions as the hemodialysis team leader in the provision of chronic hemodialysis care and treatment. Provides day to day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. Communicates with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and complete patient care plans. Provides safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the company, state, and federal agencies. Commercial Construction Superintendent Job Summary: Responsible for managing and coordinating all construction-related activities of a designated project to ensure schedules, budgets and quality of work are met, per contract documents, while maintaining a safe working environment. Job DescriptionThe core hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pmWhat you’ll do: • Plan, layout and perform all operations pertaining to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of complicated electrical equipment and circuits used in various plant departments, powerhouse, and offices such as special automatic controls, electronic controls and recording instruments, generating equipment, large switchboards., • Install units including the making up of brackets, braces, hangers, etc. and perform necessary operations to secure and assure permanence. Tear down complicated units, determine extent of troubles, repair or replace defective parts or wiring and reassemble., • Repair or replace defective armatures and field coils; wind armatures and field coils., • Make connections on shunt and compound wound DC motors and synchronous squirrel-cage and induction AC motors; obtain field data and make corrections to variable and constant speed motors and calculate Ohmic resistance., • Install and wire motors for large machine tools such as floor type boring mills, intricate controls with multiple inter-locking and safety devices and involving the use of condulets, boxes and other similar equipment., • Maintain and repair electric and electronic controls and recording devices including the necessary cleaning and adjusting, the checking of tubes and circuitry and ordinary repairs and replacements., • Work from schematic drawings, manuals and testing procedures., • Detect and report all defective materials or faulty operations; diagnose and remedy unusual troubles., • Prepare wiring diagrams when necessary to facilitate work, after installation for permanent records or for changes to existing diagrams or drawings brought about by on-the-job conditions., • Install and maintain all types of electrical transmission lines, including high tension lines, motors, generators, distribution equipment and complicated apparatus and where the understanding of operating principles is essential to provide proper precautions., • Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Journeymen or minimum three (3) years of documented maintenance experience in an electrical trade, • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future, • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. ABOUT THE POSITION: CCSI is contracted by Onondaga County Department of Children & Family Services (OC CFS) to provide program management services, including specialized staffing. The Transition Facilitator is assigned to work on behalf of CCSI’s customer and will provide program management services, including specialized staffing. CCSI provides staffing for the OnCare Transition Age Youth Project, a System of Care for Onondaga County that transforms the way mental health, educational and other supportive services are delivered to support the healthy transition of high-risk youth into adulthood. This position provides direct services to transition age youth (ages 16-21) with serious mental health challenges to support success in home, school, and community settings. Transition Facilitators will engage youth to address relevant transition domains such as behavioral health, educational, employment and career, and living situation. Transition Facilitators will provide services through the credible messenger approach and Transition to Independence process framework, which focus on relationship building, person-centered planning, and a focus on the youth’s future. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Meet with identified family/ youth to determine service needs and existing family/ youth supports. Meetings may occur in the home or at a location of the youth/ family’s choosing., • Assist families and youth with the development of a plan to address their prioritized needs; secure their buy-in to the plan, • Ensure connection to appropriate identified mental health and other supportive resources, • Help families and youth establish creative community connections and assist them in identifying and developing natural supports;, • Help to convene and co-facilitate family team meetings with identified service providers and natural supports to ensure progress toward achieving goals, • Input and maintain records of all case activity in designated database within established timeframes; maintain hard copy records, statistics, or other as directed., • Serves as a credible messenger and partners with youth, young adults and families where appropriate to complete assessment process, explore natural supports, support registration into an educational program, assist with problem solving, and identify solutions, • Educate youth, young adults and families where appropriate on mental health resources and other supportive services and community resources available and complete associated referrals to services, • Prescriptively use personal experience as an engagement tool, • Deliver service in a manner that is strengths based, family driven, trauma informed and culturally responsive, • Model System of Care principles and practices in interactions with family, youth and other stakeholders, • Communicating effectively, • Building collaborative relationships, • Valuing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment, • Striving for self-development and taking initiative to be resourceful, • Problem-solving both independently and with others, • Self-directed, organized and efficient and effective in problem solving, • Basic computer skills; including competence in Microsoft Office, • Basic knowledge of community resources, • Lived experience navigating the children’s mental health, juvenile justice, or foster care system preferred, but not required, • Prior experience providing care coordination services preferred, but not required, • Ability to deliver services through Credible Messenger framework, • Ability to work independently and as a team member, offering support and assistance to other members of the team, • Recognizes and values diversity within the work environment., • Culturally responsive to the population being served in the development, design, monitoring, evaluation and/or implementation of programs and services, • Respects the confidential nature of certain information exposed to in the course of work performance What You Bring: • Associate’s degree in Human Services or other related field or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart ), • Market-competitive compensation, • An award-winning Wellness@Work and employee benefits program., • An organization that is committed to racial equity and anti-racist practices., • Continuous professional development opportunities.
