Job Description Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist (Unlicensed) Location: Salem, OR (97301) Family Building Blocks is seeking an Unlicensed Mental Health Clinician / Therapist who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team. As a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist, you will: • Deliver individualized, family-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health services., • Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning to identify families in need of targeted interventions., • Provide support to promote healthy attachment and bonding, address trauma, and encourage developmental milestones. Qualifications • Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field., • Meet State of Oregon Administrative Rule requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)., • Candidates must possess or work toward MHACBO certification as a QMHP-C unless pursuing licensure through another counseling/social work board., • At least 6 months of experience conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning through internships or employment., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency., • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
