Areas of Need We are growing in Westlake, south Austin, and central Austin. These are the primary areas of town that we serve! Job Description Treatment: Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions to a variety of pediatric patients (i.e. physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits) Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations (i.e. caregiver interview, assessments, therapist observations, and development of plans of care to support individual patient needs and family concerns) Parent/Caregiver Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families for carry-over across settings and generalization of skills. Documentation: Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Collaboration: Provide client-centered and holistic treatment, education, and support across settings. Scheduling: Independently create and manage your weekly therapy schedule. Qualifications • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited occupational therapy program, • Active state licensure, • CPR certification, • Valid driver's license and insurance, • Pediatric Home health and/or school experience is preferred, • Strong organization and time-management skills, • Autonomous in patient scheduling, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Collaborative and excited to grow with us!
