As an MGA Occupational Therapist (OT), you can expect: • Paid Training and CEU Opportunities, • Personal Tablet for Electronic Charting, • Mentorship Program, • No Minimal Weekly Caseload/Visits, 1:1 Caseload, • Work close to home, • 24/7 On-Call Assistance Responsibilities: • Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to pediatric patients with various challenges (physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, social/emotional deficits), • Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs, • Offer teaching and counseling to patients and their families, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient, • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standardsQualifications, • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program, • Active state licensure as required., • Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required., • New graduates are welcome to apply., • CPR Certification, • Valid driver’s license and insurance Additional Information About MGA Homecare: At MGA Homecare, we transcend the traditional boundaries of home health services.
