The Front Desk Coordinator will handle daily receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, responding to online correspondence, and maintaining the front office's organization. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to the team, and ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all clients and visitors.
