Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Delivery Driver FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Full-Time: Some overtime may be required Reports To: Branch Manager Position Summary: Working at the direction of the Branch Manager, the warehouse delivery driver is responsible for providing support to the warehousing operations with specific responsibilities of transporting orders over designated routes; ensuring safe operation of vehicles; and loading and unloading orders. This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Handles multiple customers and customer requests simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional manner., • Follows up promptly on all customer requests for information, quotes, alternative parts and delivery dates. Proactively communicates with customers about any expected delays or issues with their order., • Develops good working relationships and rapport with customers.
