Reli. is a dynamic eCommerce company experiencing rapid year-over-year growth via selling on Amazon (), Walmart, our own Shopify store, and eBay. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily across our eCommerce marketplaces, with over 1,500,000+ unique customers such as Marvel, Dominos, and Lululemon. We are hiring a Technical Process & AI Architect to serve as both: • A Systemic Process Architect responsible for designing, standardizing, and evolving how cross-functional work operates at Reli. You will not manually build project plans, you will design the systems and AI workflows that generate them. You will not track tasks, you will architect the processes that make tracking unnecessary. Your value is in the architecture of how work flows and the orchestration of AI tools that execute it. Approximately 50% of this role focuses on systemic process architecture and 50% focuses on expert-level AI integration and implementation. This is not a PMO, coordination-only, or timeline-management role. It requires strong systems thinking, operational judgment, expert AI prompting ability, and the capacity to diagnose structural inefficiencies across teams. Key Responsibilities: Systemic Process Architecture Structural Workflow Design • Conduct cross-functional process audits to identify bottlenecks, root causes, unclear ownership, handoff failures, and rework drivers, • Diagnose flow inefficiencies using cycle time, throughput, variance, and bottleneck analysis, • Redesign workflows to improve clarity, accountability, efficiency, and execution speed, • Establish and release standardized execution frameworks (scoping templates, planning standards, intake models, SOPs, retro formats, governance cadences), • Reduce variance in how initiatives are scoped, approved, executed, and reviewed, • Own rollout and communication of new or revised processes, • Define adoption expectations and monitor early-stage compliance, • Track adoption metrics and gather structured feedback, • Define measurable process KPIs: cycle time, throughput, flow efficiency, rework rate, escalation frequency, planning accuracy, • Drive measurable improvements against these indicators, • Contribute to and shape the evolving O&P operating model, • Identify systemic execution risks across teams, • Improve governance rhythms (planning, reviews, retrospectives), • Ensure operating standards scale with company growth Expert AI Integration & Implementation AI Workflow Design & Automation • Design AI-driven workflows for recurring operational tasks (project plan generation, SOP drafting, retrospective analysis, status reporting, risk identification), • Build and maintain prompt libraries for repeatable O&P use cases, • Architect multi-step AI pipelines (e.g., intake prompt → plan generation → risk analysis → stakeholder summary), • Craft high-quality, structured prompts that produce reliable, judgment-ready outputs, • Build Custom GPTs / Gems / Claude Projects tailored to Reli. operational workflows, • Design prompt systems that probe for missing context before generating outputs, • Apply expert-level discernment to AI-generated artifacts — validating accuracy, completeness, tone, and strategic alignment, • Establish quality gates for AI-assisted deliverables before they reach stakeholders, • Define AI usage standards for the O&P function: when to use, when not to, and how to validate, • Use AI to generate project plans, timelines, risk registers, and communication artifacts, • Human responsibility: validate AI outputs against organizational context, political dynamics, and domain knowledge that AI cannot access, • Own the last mile — reviewing, adjusting, and approving AI-generated execution artifacts before release, • Stay current with AI tool advancements (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, embedded PM AI, automation platforms), • Proactively identify new AI capabilities that can replace manual O&P work, • Conduct AI capability assessments for new tools before recommending org-wide adoption, • Train and enable adjacent team members on effective AI usage patterns Qualifications & Experience: Required: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitatively rigorous field (Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or similar), • Experience: 5–8+ years in technical project, program, or operational management roles within eCommerce, technology, or operations-heavy environments, • Systems Thinking: Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous systems into clear, executable components — not just manage timelines, • Process Redesign: Demonstrated experience redesigning operational workflows with measurable outcomes (cycle time, throughput, rework reduction), • AI Proficiency (Non-Negotiable): Active, expert-level use of AI tools as a primary accelerator of work quality and speed. Must demonstrate: prompt crafting methodology, output validation discipline, and workflow automation using AI, • Quantitative Reasoning: Comfort working with logic, metrics, formulas, and structured analytical models, • Communication: Clear, structured written and verbal communication Preferences: • eCommerce experience (Amazon, marketplaces, DTC, supply chain operations), • Technical PM background (software, systems, data, automation), • Experience establishing execution frameworks or operating models, • Mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies, • Experience building or managing Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or AI-assisted automation systems, • PMP or similar certification is a plus Tools & Skills: • Process & Workflow: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, • AI Tools: ChatGPT (Custom GPTs), Claude (Projects/Artifacts), Gemini (Custom Gems), embedded PM AI features, browser-based AI automation, • Documentation: Confluence, Google Workspace, • Data & Metrics: Dashboard interpretation, KPI tracking, bottleneck analysis, Tableau/Power BI familiarity, • Process Artifacts: SOPs, process maps, scoping templates, governance cadences, prompt libraries What Success Looks Like: Within 3–6 Months • Process Architecture, • Implementing at least 5 measurable process improvements with defined KPIs, documented version releases, and demonstrated early-stage adoption, • Reducing initiative cycle time, rework, or execution variance in at least one major workflow, • Increasing planning consistency and DRI clarity across teams, • AI Integration, • Deployed at least 3 AI-driven workflows that replace manual O&P overhead (e.g., AI-generated project plans, automated retrospective analysis, prompt-driven SOP creation), • Built and maintained a prompt library with at least 10 validated, reusable prompt templates, • Established AI usage standards for the O&P function (when to use, validation gates, prompt logging), • Execution Oversight, • Independently overseeing multiple cross-functional initiatives using AI-generated artifacts with human validation, • Established durable O&P execution standards adopted across major initiatives, • AI-generated artifacts are the default for project planning, status reporting, and documentation — with quality consistently meeting or exceeding manually-produced equivalents, • Reduced cross-functional execution friction as evidenced by improved throughput and reduced escalations, • Operating as the organization’s go-to resource for AI-powered operational workflows, • Coaching at least 2 adjacent team members on effective AI usage Comprehensive Benefits: • Paid Time Off (Vacation, etc.): 15 Days PTO to Start + 1 additional day per year working at Reli., • 10 Paid Holidays in addition to PTO, • Hybrid Work Schedule, • Regular Team Happy Hours/Events, • Employer Matching for 401(k), • Life Insurance, • Health Care (Medical, Vision, Dental) - Blue Shield PPO or HMO Medical Insurance, • Wellness stipend of $260 per month for mental and physical well-being Culture & Values Expect an upbeat culture that celebrates wins and supports happiness.
