Job Description Qualifications • Demonstrates experience and strong knowledge of survey techniques and procedures, • Good judgment and organizational skills, • Professional Land Surveyor License a plus not required, • Valid Drivers license, • Ability to stand, climb and walk continuously during an 8-hour period, • Ability to perform strenuous work in a varying climate (heat and cold, etc), • Must have good computer skills and be able to use survey related software, • Good verbal and written communication skills, • Working knowledge of AutoCad Civil 3DBenefits, • Our benefit offerings are designed to support and enhance your health and well-being, • We offer healthcare and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement savings with up to 5% employer matching contributions, flexibility and paid time off, • Successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and applying standard surveying techniques in the field and office to plan, organize, and execute land surveying projects, • Receive instructions on specific assignments, objectives and complex features, • Performs a variety of in-office and field tasks associated with land surveying projects obtained by the company, • Broad understanding and experience for operating surveying equipment, such as Total Stations, Data Collectors, GPS RTK & Static Observations, • Accurately calculates and records field data, • Reviews job specifications and plans fieldwork methods, • Review and download field data, • Prepare field notes and draw sketches of existing site conditions, • Prepare detailed daily job reports and discuss projects with supervisor on daily basis, • Maintain and troubleshoot complex instrumentation, • Drafting and editing of surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D, • Perform other like duties as assigned, • Occasional soils testing
