E & G Real Estate Services is seeking a licensedRegional Property Manager / Portfolio Managerto serve as a trusted partner to our property owners and help them maximize the value of their investment properties. This is aclient-facing, full-timeposition that plays a key role in managing single family residential properties across the Phoenix Metro area while delivering outstanding customer service. Your goal is to ensure each owner has a clear strategy, a well-maintained property, and a positive experience. Youll become a subject-matter expert on leasing, project coordination, and real estate investment strategies for our valued clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on proactive communication, building relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions. Office Location: Tempe, AZ Job Type: Full-Time, Remote after completion of training period (90 days min) Pay: $30.00 $33.75/hour DOE Key Responsibilities • Act as theprimary point of contactfor assigned property owners providing updates on leasing, property turns / projects, inspections, and other property owner related items., • Help clients define and execute their short-term and long-term investment strategies, • Perform market and sales analyses to help clients set rental rates or list prices, • Coordinate communication between internal teams (leasing, projects, accounting, resident management), • Track lease renewals, escalations, and delinquency issues across your portfolio, • Ensure AppFolio is up to date with accurate property notes and client communication, • Communicate financial performance and address client questions with professionalism and clarity., • Arizona Real Estate License(active or obtained before start date)., • 2+ years of experience in residential leasing and/or property management. Real estate sales is a plus!, • Knowledge of Arizona Residential Landlord-Tenant Act and real estate regulations., • Proficiency in MLS, AppFolio, LeadSimple, Google Suite, and Apple/macOS., • Able to handle a fast-paced environment with high call/email volume, • Experience with property turns, project coordination, or residential maintenance is a plus., • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving and client-facing skills., • Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and ability to travel locally for owner / property site visits., • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., • Competitive salary + bonus opportunities, • 401(k) with company match, • Health insurance, • Paid Time Off + 8 Paid Company Holidays, • Parental leave, • Hybrid work flexibility, • Ongoing professional development support, • Meaningful impact in a mission-driven, team-oriented company Why Join E & G Real Estate Services?
