Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the design and development of lighting products and components, • Conduct testing and validation of new designs for performance, safety, and compliance, • Support product documentation including CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support for production and field problems, • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes, • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, • 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (internships or co-op experience a plus), • Strong CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), • Basic knowledge of LED lighting technologies and electrical components is preferred, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Opportunities for career development and advancement, • A collaborative and inclusive team environment, • Training and mentorship from experienced engineers To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the position.
