Opportunity to transition into a licensed Account Manager / Producer role Licensing support and guidance provided as you advance Hands-on training in sales conversations, lead conversion, and insurance fundamentals Role Overview As a Telemarketer, your primary focus is outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. You will introduce prospective customers to our agency, qualify opportunities, and set the foundation for our sales team to close business. Success in this role is measured by activity, lead quality, and appointments set.
