Job DescriptionPipe Assembler Pay Rate: $24–$31/hour | Climate‑Controlled Facility About the Role We’re seeking skilled Pipe Assemblers to build high‑quality lube oil consoles, gas conditioning skids, and other complex skidded systems that support the global energy and industrial markets. In this role, you’ll work from detailed drawings and P&IDs to assemble, bolt, and troubleshoot piping systems that must meet exacting quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for mechanical assemblers who take pride in precision work and want exposure to large‑scale, world‑class industrial systems. What You’ll Do • Assemble piping systems for skidded equipment using arrangement drawings, P&IDs, and parts lists, • Interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure proper pipe routing, component placement, and system layout, • Bolt flanged and gasketed piping connections to specified torque requirements, • Use hand and power tools—such as drills and grinders—to complete assemblies safely and accurately, • Drill and tap holes up to ½ inch for mounting and assembly needs, • Operate tow motors (forklifts) to move piping, components, and materials throughout the facility, • At least 1 year of experience assembling piping systems with bolted flange connections, • Proven ability to read arrangement drawings, parts lists, and P&IDs, • Hands-on experience with hand and power tools in an assembly or fabrication environment, • High school diploma or GED, • Experience assembling lube oil consoles, gas conditioning skids, or similar skidded systems, • Strong mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting skills, • Ownership of a comprehensive personal tool set, including but not limited to:, • Wrenches, ratchets, sockets, Allen keys, pipe wrenches, • Clamps, pry bars, hammers, levels, squares, tape measure, • Pliers, channel locks, vise grips, screwdrivers, • Tap handle, air gun, flashlight, razor knife, • Ability to work first or second shift, • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality craftsmanshipWhy You’ll Want to Work Here, • Competitive pay based on experience ($24–$31/hr), • Modern, 102,000‑sq‑ft climate‑controlled facility, • Exposure to a wide range of industries: oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, refining, air separation, and industrial gas, • Stable workload supported by diversified market demand, • Opportunities for long‑term growth and skill development, • Work on large‑scale, complex systems used across the global energy industryWork Environment & Schedule, • Clean, well‑lit, climate‑controlled production floor, • Daily use of hand and power tools, tow motors, overhead and jib cranes, • Strong focus on safety, organization, and OSHA compliance, • Shift options:, • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
