Requirements: • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)., • Experience in Home Health is preferred., • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members., • Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans., • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
