Salary: $75,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements: • We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following qualifications:, • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience., • At least 5 years of experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a similar setting., • A minimum of 3 years dealing with Tier 3 or escalation-level responsibilities., • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management., • A solid understanding of network configuration and troubleshooting, including VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and firewalls., • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques., • Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory is necessary for troubleshooting purposes, though management experience is not required., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong focus on customer service., • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic MSP environment., • Preferred Certifications:, • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102), • Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator (MD-102), • CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ or Cisco CCNP / Fortinet NSE 4+, • -- Responsibilities:, • In this role, I will have you engaged in the following tasks:, • Address escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, focusing on complex Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and network issues. Conduct root-cause analysis and apply lasting solutions., • Lead or co-manage client migrations, which include Microsoft 365 tenant setups, email and data transitions, SharePoint and OneDrive migrations, Intune and Autopilot rollouts, as well as network upgrades., • Keep your workload organized to facilitate the timely completion of tasks., • Oversee Microsoft 365 administration (such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and manage Azure AD configurations, including Conditional Access, device compliance, and identity protection., • Configure, design, and maintain firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi networks using SonicWall, Meraki, Unifi, FortiGate, and Cisco, while troubleshooting complex DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues across multiple site environments., • Architect Intune profiles, compliance policies, Autopilot provisioning, and Defender for Endpoint deployments, while ensuring system security through Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Centers., • Contribute to Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tasks, Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, and cloud-based resource management., • Utilize your understanding of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) to aid in data and identity migrations to modern cloud solutions., • Use PowerShell and automation tools to enhance provisioning, reporting, and system upkeep. Develop and document reusable scripts for efficiency., • Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to strengthen endpoint protection and compliance with CubX and client security standards., • Maintain thorough documentation for tickets, projects, and configurations while mentoring Tier 1/2 staff and helping streamline standardized procedures., • A guide for the migration of on-prem workloads into Azure, assisting with Hyper-V or VMware transitions, and advising on cloud architecture, performance, and cost optimization., • Provide advanced diagnostics and remediation for desktops, laptops, and peripherals across diverse environments, ensuring efficiency during migrations or policy rollouts while managing large-scale software deployments and patch automation., • Foster positive relationships with clients through a helpful and friendly approach., • Analyze and resolve client technology challenges, recommending software or process enhancements, and designing solutions that align technology with organizational workflows., • Manage service tickets effectively, documenting solutions while ensuring timely communication with clients through ITSM tools., • Serve as a senior escalation contact for critical issues when required., • Offer client guidance and training on best practices, system usage, and IT security measures., • Identify recurring issues, propose system improvements, and help cultivate CubX’s culture of continuous enhancement., • -- Technologies:, • Active Directory, • Architect, • Azure, • Cloud, • Cisco, • FortiGate, • Hyper-V, • ITSM, • Microsoft 365, • Network, • PowerShell, • Security, • SharePoint, • VMware, • Windows, • Office 365, • Hardware At CubX, we consider our clients as more than just tickets; they are our partners.
