Job Description Hotel Lobby Attendant (Housekeeping Department) AC & Element Miami DT. 33130 Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? Join our team as a Hotel Lobby Attendant, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they step into our establishment. Key Responsibilities: • Lobby Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and maintain all hotel lobby areas, including dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, wiping down furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and glass doors, and emptying trash receptacles., • Public Restroom Sanitation: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all public restrooms by cleaning sinks and toilets, sweeping and mopping floors, replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and removing trash., • Pool Area Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including replenishing guest supplies, removing all trash, cleaning glass windows and doors, and wiping down tables and all surfaces., • Fitness Center Cleaning: Ensure the cleanliness of the exercise room by cleaning all mirrors, wiping down exercise equipment, removing trash, vacuuming floors, and cleaning glass doors., • Guest Room and Laundry Assistance: Assist Room Attendants with cleaning guest rooms and support the laundry department with tasks as needed., • Administrative and Front Office Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties in administrative offices and Front Office areas, including removing all trash, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping and mopping non-carpeted floors., • Associate Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the Associate break room by dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, wiping down tables and appliances, cleaning windows, and emptying trash receptacles., • Guest Service: Accommodate guest special requests courteously and efficiently., • Safety and Security: Adhere to all established safety and security procedures and rules., • Emergency Preparedness: Be knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures and able to act accordingly. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities., • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment., • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus., • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
