Job Description Outside Sales Consultant As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces. A company vehicle is provided. Key Responsibilities: • Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales., • Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily., • Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process., • Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners., • Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials., • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows., • Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed. Required: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check., • Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust., • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team., • Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner., • Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools., • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions., • Comprehensive paid training program; 2-week classroom training with additional field training, • Flexible weekly schedule with evening and weekend appointments as needed., • Initial training pay, • Post training uncapped commission structure (1st year earnings target $150-250k)., • Pre-set and pre-qualified leads provided by our call center & marketing team.
