Drivers run freight across multiple regions with professional-level autonomy, strong operations support, and the ability to shape their weekly flow. What This Position Offers • OTR freight with flexible lanes able to suit preferences, • Options to run East, West, South, or stay in preferred corridors, • Freight mix: Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited, • Access to high-profile seasonal freight (IndyCar racing logistics), • Non-forced dispatch – drivers choose what they run, • Ability to run dedicated customer lanes when available, • Option to run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets, • 100% no-touch freight, • Big-boy operation – no micromanaging, • Environment built on open communication and professionalism, • Only 3 positions left – high-level drivers only Home Time Policy RTS provides flexible home-time scheduling, not a forced rotation. There is no requirement such as “X days out = X days home.” However, because this is true OTR: • Home time earlier than every 2 weeks is NOT guaranteed although possible depending on home base location and coordination with operations, • Drivers may choose to stay out longer if they choose This gives you the freedom, without offering unrealistic guarantees.
