Job Description Senior SEC/Governance Analyst Our client, a leading water and wastewater utility serving millions of customers nationwide, is seeking a Senior SEC/Governance Analyst. This critical role will be based at their corporate headquarters in Camden, NJ, but will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement. Why work here? • Join a trusted, forward-thinking company committed to delivering essential water services across the U.S., • Opportunity to support high-impact corporate governance and SEC compliance initiatives, • Competitive compensation and a strong benefits program including incentive plans, retirement, and health coverage, • Independently handle or support SEC and corporate governance matters, including compliance processes for SEC and Section 16 filings, • Assist with equity and debt financing transactions, including due diligence and closing documentation, • Manage insider trading window preclearance process and beneficial ownership reporting, • Support preparation and filing of registration statements, proxy statements, and annual meeting materials, • Oversee subsidiary management activities and maintain compliance with corporate legal requirements, • Assist with NYSE listing compliance, including affirmations and officer listing changes, • Provide governance support for the Board of Directors and its committees, including agendas, minutes, resolutions, and board portal management, • Bachelor’s degree plus Paralegal certification or equivalent (CCGP preferred), • Minimum of eight years of experience in SEC/securities, corporate governance, and corporate secretary matters for public companies (in-house experience required), • Strong legal research and writing skills, • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Diligent Board Books, Workiva, and NYSE Listing Manager; familiarity with CT Corporation’s hCue database preferred, • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including board members and executive leadership
