We're seeking an experienced GM to oversee and direct the daily operations of one of our exciting venues in the vibrant Philadelphia, PA market. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily activities, schedules, and inventory for multiple stores/bars., • Lead, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional service., • Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems, including daily and weekly counts, ordering, and stocking., • Manage labor costs through effective staffing and scheduling., • Ensure strict adherence to cash handling and deposit procedures, including cash orders and reconciling discrepancies., • Uphold and enhance product quality, store cleanliness, and operational standards.
