Description The Electro-mechanical Engineer shall join the Gibbs & Cox Survivability Team to directly support an Environment Qualification Test (EQT) Facility located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Philadelphia, PA. The applicant must work well in a team environment and be willing to learn new skill sets for testing the Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) characteristics of Navy equipment. A background in Electrical and / or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Experience with performing qualification testing is not required, as the applicant will be trained in all laboratory duties. The engineer will work directly with the test facility manager to support a backlog of EMI testing that includes managing projects, writing test procedures, configuring test setups inside Anechoic chambers, conducting MIL-STD- 461 emission and susceptibility tests and documenting results. The engineer will learn techniques for assessing, designing, or otherwise offering considerations for mitigating electromagnetic interference for mission critical equipment. The engineer may also learn Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), which is critical in the Navy ship design process. The test facility will also provide guidance for mechanical test fixture design to support shock and vibration test capabilities. Although the position is dedicated to the NSWCPD contract, the candidate may also support the Survivability Department at Leidos Gibbs & Cox for future ship inspections, technical reviews and EQT related tasking. Job DescriptionSeeking dynamic and experienced Senior Software Engineers / Technical Leads to provide technical leadership and expertise to our development team. The consultants will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Additionally: • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our software meets business needs and aligns with industry best practices., • Drive successful project execution using Agile methodologies., • Participate in all aspects of the SDLC which includes estimating, technical design, implementation of real time APIs and batch jobs, integrating with Salesforce, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed., • Work with other IT members to ensure the highest degree of functionality and reliability of our infrastructure., • Work hands-on with MuleSoft, be detail-oriented, adept in MuleSoft design patterns and approaches to implement business logic to integrate with Salesforce., • Adapt under stressful conditions, multitask, and posses solid technical communication and customer services skills. RequirementsSkill Required/Preferred Required Years of Experience Candidate Experience Must have 10 plus years of IT experience working in the US for US companies. Required 10+ Must have 8 years plus of recent experience as a Sr Mulesoft Engineers / developer. Required 8+ Must have 8 plus years of extensive experience participating in the architecting, developing and maintaining applications in Mulesoft. Required 8+ Must have 7+ years’ experience working with MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0. Required 7+ Must have 7+ years of combined full-stack experience in configuring MuleSoft 4.x on AWS, Azure, architecting, designing, developing, testing and deploying Mule 4.x. Required 7+ Must have 5+ years Developing, installing, configuring and deploying APIs on MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 platform and integrate with Salesforce. Required 5+ Develop batch processes using MuleSoft and integrate with Salesforce. Required Must have 7 years of experience building Application Programming Interface (APIs) in Mulesoft, and Swagger. Required 7+ Must have 8 years of experience monitoring dashboards using ELK and Dynatrace. Required 8 Must have 8 years of experience working with JSON, XML, SoapUI, and Postman. Required 8 Must have 8 years of experience working with Unit and Function testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito, JMock, Selenium, and Cucumber. Required 8 Must have 8+ years of experience working with Java, RESTful APIs, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Kafka, Microservices, Struts 2. Required 8+ Must have Extensive experience working with database technologies, and related testing tools and methodologies such as SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL; using Data manipulation, migration and scrubs. Required Must have 8+ years of experience using flat file staging and uploading; working with User Interface (UI) development using jQuery, ReactJS, JSON and JavaScript; Required 8+ Must have experience working with Application Service Provider (ASP), ColdFusion. Required Must have extensive experience working with Agile, Scrum and Kanban software including JIRA. Required Extensive experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations.
