Taking phone calls from customers looking for heavy-duty tows, winch-outs, and roadside emergency repairs. Dispatchers are responsible for confirming that employees on the road team are starting and ending shifts as put forth by the Road Team Manager. The Assistant Transportation Manager also ensures cold meals and congregate pack-out accuracy is correct, loading and delivery accuracy and strives for quality, excellent customer service, no re-deliveries of goods, SOP adherence, and a dedication to hiring, training and managing a high-quality team.
