Job Description Job Title Nuvolo System Analyst Location Remote Description The Nuvolo Developer will design, configure, and support Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform to optimize clinical engineering operations within healthcare environments. This role involves collaborating with biomedical and IT stakeholders to analyze workflows, translate requirements into functional solutions, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of biomedical asset data. The developer will customize Nuvolo forms, scripts, integrations, and reports to enhance CMMS functionalities tailored to clinical engineering needs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Develop and configure Nuvolo modules (Clinical Engineering, Facilities, Space, Projects) on the ServiceNow platform., • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze biomedical workflows and translate requirements into Nuvolo/ServiceNow solutions., • Customize Nuvolo forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and reports., • Implement and support CMMS functionalities tailored to Clinical Engineering., • Migrate data from legacy systems into Nuvolo, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance., • Support integration with external systems (e.g., ERP, EHR, procurement, IoT)., • Assist in testing, QA, training, and rollout of Nuvolo enhancements to Clinical Engineering teams., • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles related to platform use and best practices., • Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback and system performance. Travel No travel is required. Work Schedule As discussed with supervisor. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Nuvolo (ServiceNow platform)., • Background as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) or equivalent experience in a clinical engineering environment., • Understanding of biomedical asset workflows, including asset tagging, PM scheduling, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management., • Familiarity with HTM workflows: work orders, PMs, asset management, parts inventory, service contracts, etc., • Experience with data imports, exports, and transformation tools in ServiceNow/Nuvolo., • Experience working in or with federal healthcare systems, or large public health environments., • Ability to pass Federal background screening., • Ability to interact with clinical engineering staff and IT teams to gather and refine requirements., • Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa., • Must be able to pass client background screening for government security clearance. Preferred Qualifications • Nuvolo or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)., • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or other modules., • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and configuration., • Understanding of healthcare compliance and standards (e.g., Joint Commission, ECRI, CMMS requirements)., • Experience integrating with EHRs (e.g., VistA, Cerner, Epic), • Understanding of IoT for medical devices or remote monitoring solutions., • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
