Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team near Lyndhurst, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless order management, effective communication, and exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accuracy in all customer interactions. Responsibilities: • Process and manage order entries promptly, ensuring accuracy and timely acknowledgment to customers., • Track and modify orders while maintaining consistent communication with the warehouse team., • Follow up on urgent orders, including next-day and same-day deliveries, ensuring completion and confirmation before the end of the day., • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies., • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and tracking to customers and sales representatives within 24 hours of receiving inquiries., • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner., • Maintain and update customer records and order details in NetSuite., • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns., • Report recurring issues to management to facilitate improvements in processes., • Suggest enhancements to customer service procedures to optimize the overall customer experience., • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment., • Proficiency in managing order entry and tracking systems., • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams., • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and patience., • Critical thinking skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently., • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar customer management systems., • Capability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines., • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
