We believe people are our greatest asset, and we invest heavily in your growth, training, and long-term success. • Full Benefits Job Details • Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery at customer sites., • Perform diagnostic tests using precision tools (e.g., multimeters, indicators, lasers)., • Align, level, and power up new or rebuilt machine tools., • Rebuild mechanical sub-assemblies and replace faulty components., • Tune servo systems and perform advanced CNC control operations., • Read and interpret schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical diagrams., • Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers., • Train operators and maintenance personnel on system functionality and best practices., • Travel regularly, often on short notice, to client facilities across the U.S., • Preferred Skills & Experience, • 3+ years in CNC machine tool service, repair, or equivalent technical support role., • Strong knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.)., • Understanding of parametric programming and ladder logic., • Capable of interpreting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems., • Experience using Renishaw ballbar or laser calibration tools (preferred, not required)., • Mechanical fitting/scraping experience is a plus., • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
