Role Description: Our client is seeking a professional Legal Videographer to capture, produce, and deliver high-quality video services for depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings. This individual will ensure all video production complies with industry standards and court requirements while also supporting internal marketing projects during non-production times. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with attorneys and law firms in high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities • Professionally videotape legal proceedings, primarily depositions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards., • Operate and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment, including setup and breakdown at on-site locations., • Provide value-added services, such as picture-in-picture video and synchronized transcript integration., • Edit video files and manage digital formats for delivery to clients and legal teams., • Trial presentation support and effectively collaborate with attorneys to utilize trial presentation technologies effectively., • Ensure professionalism and client confidentiality in all interactions., • Assist with company marketing projects, promotional videos, and creative content during downtime. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in videography; experience in legal videography strongly preferred., • Familiarity with trial presentation technologies (e.g., TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar)., • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)., • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with AV equipment., • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for equipment transport., • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor in client-facing settings., • Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working directly with attorneys, law firms, or court systems., • Familiarity of legal procedures, chain-of-custody requirements, and confidentiality protocols., • Video documentary experience is a plus.
