What you’ll be doing: • Run reports in systems such as WMS, Sunbeam or other WMS or labor reporting systems., • Assist department leader in managing the workflow as needed., • Provide required information to supervisors and managers to meet reporting and metric requirements., • Assist with communicating information to departmental teams., • Analyze data from information and develop recommendations for action or improvement., • Maintain system as required due to upgrades or business changes., • Ensure compliance with systems and SOPS and audit activity to ensure compliance., • Coordinate and communicate any major changes or enhancements to the systems., • Work closely with Clerical support, supervisors, and managers at the location and those providing central administration and/or services., • Interact with customer service to expedite and manage high touch customer requests, research complaints, and resolve issues., • Provide support and backup for operations specialist role in other departments as needed., • Provide support and backup in various warehouse functional areas as needed., • Direct associate concerns to department leader. This role is geared toward candidates with 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or automotive parts handling. Responsibilities include assisting in coordinating delivery routes, organizing inventory, supporting warehouse workflow, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for wholesale customers. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Delivery Coordination * Assist with preparing, staging, and verifying daily outbound wholesale orders. * Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently; ensure parts are protected and properly secured. * Support delivery route planning and communicate schedule updates to drivers and internal teams. * Create basic shipping documents such as labels, packing slips, and return tags. Warehouse & Inventory Operations * Receive and stock incoming parts from Ford/Lincoln distribution centers. * Ensure parts are stored in the correct bin locations and maintain proper labeling. * Assist with daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory accuracy tasks. * Help manage warranty returns, cores, and defective part processing. Customer & Internal Support * Communicate order status, delivery ETA, and any delays to wholesale customers and internal staff. * Assist counter specialists with parts lookups, availability checks, and order pulls. * Provide professional and friendly service when interacting with dealership teams and external accounts. Operational Efficiency & Safety * Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and warehouse safety procedures. * Identify potential process improvements in warehouse flow, stocking, or routing. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. * Use dealership systems (CDK) to track orders and inventory. QualificationsRequired: * 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, delivery, or automotive parts. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment; ability to lift 40–50 lbs. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Job Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers. The warehouse associate is accountable for the movement of all materials within the warehouse and overall appearance while ensuring to meet all safety protocols. Position Responsibilities may include; • Safely and efficiently operate forklift and additional warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and product without causing damage within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks, • Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations, • Maintain Inventory and Prepare Cycle Counts, • Complete Will Calls, • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries, • Proper PPE and uniform must be worn at all times during each shift, • Maintain warehouse and forklift by following good housekeeping and safety procedures including pre and post shift forklift inspections. In this CONTRACT role, you will receive and transport raw materials, take inventory and manage shipping labels, and load outbound shipments.
