Job Description We are working with a longstanding food manufacturing company that is looking for a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic in their Central NY facility. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for completing assigned duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction by performing preventative maintenance and performing breakdowns on all production equipment. For this role you must have experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. The Laboratory Technician does this by performing the testing on production samples and finished product samples to determine compliance with FDA, NYS regulations, and Byrne Dairy standards. The Laboratory Technician completes these functions in the support of the manufacture of dairy-related products.
