ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Exhibit strong guest service and a positive attitude at all times, greeting all arriving and departing guests, • Park cars in a safe, organized, and timely manner, • Remain in staging area regardless of weather, waiting for guests to need their car to be parked or retrieved, • Return to the front of the hotel in a safe and timely manner after a park or pull, • Provide claim check and instruct customers on how to reclaim vehicle, • Provide travel directions and information to customers when necessary, • Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements and conditions, • Obey all traffic laws on and off propertyROLE REQUIREMENTS, • Able to work outdoors during different seasons, • Must be at least 18 years of age, • Positive attitude, • Strong work ethic, • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
