Work two weekend shifts per 4 week schedule Work (or take call) two holidays per year, (1 major Holiday and 1 minor Holiday) as defined by Department Director. Holidays worked will be paid at time and a half. Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the health care consumer or the situation. Communicates effectively in a variety of formats in all areas of practice. Demonstrates leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession.
