About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and coachable team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Buffalo and the surrounding area. This is so much more than a photography position! You’ll represent our company in the field while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and deliver an exceptional client experience. No prior real estate photography experience is required. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments, • Capture professional listing media following company standards, • Build rapport and communicate confidently with agents and homeowners, • Learn photography, videography, drone operations, floor plans, and other media services, • Follow established workflows and quality standards, • Upload and review media after appointments, • Deliver a professional, friendly, and memorable client experience, • Represent the company with professionalism at every appointment This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same. Schedule & Availability To be successful in this role, weekend availability is important. • Availability for at least one full weekend day every week is required, • Availability for 3-4 weekdays per week is required, • Approximately 25 hours per week on average, • Primarily daytime business hours, • Flexible schedule based on appointment volume We also believe in being transparent about seasonality: • Peak Season (April-October): Often 30-40+ hours per week, • Winter Season (November-March): Often 10-15 hours per week This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and understands that real estate activity naturally fluctuates throughout the year. Compensation & Growth Opportunities • Paid Training: $20/hour (Typically 3-4 weeks), • Photography Certified: $25/hour, • Photography + FAA Part 107 Certified: $30/hour, • Fully Certified for Video & Additional Services: $35/hour Additional benefits include: • Mileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mile, • Additional travel compensation for longer-distance appointments, • Equipment provided (except vehicle and personal laptop), • Clear advancement opportunities and pay increases as new certifications are completed FAA Part 107 certification is not required to apply but will become part of your growth path within the company.
