POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Planning & Project Manager is the central hub for FXMUSA Sales, owning cross-functional projects, analytics, and meeting/event orchestration that keep the commercial engine running smoothly. This role blends project-management rigor with sales enablement: planning and tracking key initiatives, building executive-ready reporting, coordinating calendars and cadences, and ensuring flawless execution of national sales meetings, Business Performance Reviews (BPRs), and distributor incentives. The Manager also standardizes sales-planning workflows, drives process optimization, and leads executive presentation buildouts.. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project & Program Management • Lead cross-functional sales projects from brief through post-mortem (scope, timelines, owners, etc.)., • Maintain a master commercial calendar (Executive Calendar, QBRs, blitzes, pricing reviews, national meetings, surveys)., • Deliver concise weekly project updates to the SVP—and to the CEO as needed. Sales Meeting & Event Orchestration • Plan and execute national sales meetings (NSM), Summer Campus, DVP meetings, incentive and education trips., • Manage budgets, vendor timelines, and on-site logistics with event stakeholders., • Own agendas, content workflows, speaker prep, rooming lists, travel matrices, and post-event recaps. Executive Support (Sales-Facing) • Build executive-ready decks and sales toolkits that translate depletions, shipments, distribution, and trade-spend insights into clear talking points., • Coordinate SVP and VP of Chain requests tied to commercial initiatives. Analytics, Reporting & BI Stewardship • Own recurring management reporting (BPR/QBR decks) for key presentations., • Consolidate depletions, shipments, pricing, and P&L data from VIP, iDig, Compass, and other systems for SVP presentations. New-Item & Pricing Operations • Coordinate pricing reviews/blackouts and maintain a centralized library for brand standards., • Manage allocations, tracking, and distributor commitments for new-item introductions. Sales Enablement & Process Optimization • Build playbooks, templates, and SOPs (QBR deck standards, scorecards, etc.) upon request from Sales Leadership., • Drive continuous improvement across division planning, sales workflows, and distributor-meeting preparation. Stakeholder & Distributor Liaison • Serve as a central support point between Sales and Marketing/Trade, Finance, Operations/Logistics, and distributor national teams. REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred., • Experience: 5–8 years of combined experience across project management and sales coordination/operations in beverage alcohol or CPG. Proven track record delivering cross-functional commercial projects on time and within budget., • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, logic) and strong PowerPoint skills. Comfort with BI tools and collaboration suites (SharePoint/Teams). Working knowledge of VIP, iDig, CCM, and distributor systems (SGWS portals) preferred., • Competencies: Project leadership, stakeholder management, analytical storytelling, process design, deadline discipline, confidentiality, and executive communication. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT : • Hybrid role based in White Plains HQ, with periodic travel for national meetings and distributor sessions (≈10–20%)., • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. of materials when supporting events/meetings.
