DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Escorts outside contractors, inspectors and other visitors and accepts deliveries as needed, • Responsible for all repairs in building and on grounds, • Troubleshoots and repairs includes light electrical and plumbing (outlets, switches, light fixtures, washers, seats and stems; drain lines; sinks; tubs; and toilets. Clears stoppages, • Performs HVAC troubleshooting and servicing including cleaning units/replacing filters, • Makes repairs to damaged sheetrock and plaster.
