Job Overview: In this position, you will be an important member of the boiler operations team. You will operate within Marvin’s team-based environment and be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and performance of wood fed and natural gas boilers. Having the ability to trouble shoot and repair/PM mechanical systems on a wide variety of boiler equipment will make this role both challenging and rewarding. As a Commercial Lift Operator and Window Cleaning Technician Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base at a mid-level through use of an aerial scissor lift and boom lift platforms. Job DescriptionSummary The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds. In this position, you should be skilled in a variety of areas including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. Your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of Keystone’s properties. A successful candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and basic tools and appliances.
