This individual will manage projects from underground through final trim and punch, ensuring production stays on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of leading crews while coordinating effectively with general contractors, inspectors, utilities, and subcontractors. Qualifications: Strong background in multifamily electrical construction, including wood-frame, wrap, and podium projects Proven ability to run projects independently from start to finish Experience managing field crews and driving production in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of electrical systems, underground work, slab coordination, and service installations Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction schedules Experience coordinating with utilities, inspectors, and multiple trades on active construction sites Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability Key Responsibilities: Manage multifamily electrical construction projects from underground rough-in through project completion Lead and coordinate field crews while maintaining production schedules and jobsite efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical plans to identify potential issues early Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, inspectors, utilities, and other trades Assist with conduit layout planning, underground routing, and slab coordination Oversee installation of large electrical services, gear rooms, meter banks, and utility connections Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or field challenges Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and project execution Utilize Procore, Excel, and preferably Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation Hold subcontractors and field teams accountable to project expectations and deadlines Interested in hearing more?
