Job DescriptionJob Summary Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Integrated Services and/or Clinical Administrator, the Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services provides guidance, supervision, and operational oversight to Eva’s Village Recovery Community Center (RCC) and Opioid Overdose Recovery Program (OORP). The Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services also functions as the Patient Navigator / Trainer within the OORP program. Job Duties 1. Embodies Eva’s Village’s core values, voice, and tone to provide an exceptional and effective experience for our clients, funders, employees, and volunteers., 2. Oversee, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of the RCC and OORP program, services, and staff., 3. Collaborates with the Senior and Associate Peer Services Coordinators to develop and coordinate activities and services within the Recovery Community Center, ensuring alignment with related programs, departments, and staff to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards., 4. Shall attend any training and/or meetings in person or via conference call that are scheduled by DMHAS to support the delivery, sustainability, and effectiveness of OORP services., 5. Maintains effective intra-office and inter-office communication within departments., 6. RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, package, and stage finished products for on-time shipment., • Create, review, and finalize shipping paperwork (labels, packing slips, bills of lading)., • Arrange pickups and communicate daily with parcel and freight carriers., • Confirm shipment accuracy and product condition prior to release., • Enter shipment data and statuses in ERP/WMS and maintain digital records., • Monitor stock of packaging materials; initiate replenishment as needed., • Keep the dock and shipping workcells organized, safe, and audit-ready., • Pitch in with receiving and general warehouse tasks when required. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience., • 5+ years in shipping/warehouse/logistics; manufacturing background preferred., • Solid computer skills (Excel and Office); prior ERP experience (Epicor or similar) is a plus., • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation under tight deadlines., • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use material-handling equipment; forklift experience a plus.
