Customer Service Agent (Native Dutch / Flemish)

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include: assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C), giving advice and providing solutions, maintaining a good customer relationship, making sure that all issues are solved and documented.
We are looking for native Dutch or Flemish speaking candidates with a good level of English. Basic computer skills are required. Flexibility with regards to working hours (including event and weekend shifts), respectful and positive attitude towards customers, strong communication skills and empathy, solution-oriented approach.
