Under the Guidance of the Bars Manager you’ll provide exceptional and enjoyable safe pool experience to guests, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction: Provide warm, sincere and engaging service. Assist, support, and work with Pool Servers and Bars staff. Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service. Assist to remove used diches and trash from pool area. Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and update profiles Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu at all times Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. El hotel Hilton Barcelona es un hotel 4* superior, ubicado en el distrito comercial y financiero de la ciudad, es un hotel de negocios y eventos que cuenta con 290 habitaciones. Nuestras suites y pisos ejecutivos permiten a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar de nuestro salón ejecutivo, donde ofrecemos check-in y check-out privados, desayuno, refrigerios y bebidas de cortesía durante todo el día. Todos nuestros servicios dedicados se brindarán con la cortesía y los estándares de Hilton. ¿Cuáles serán mis funciones principales? - Garantizar la exactitud de todos los cargos y abonos en las distintas cuentas y que se introducen correctamente en el momento oportuno. - Comprobar que se adjuntan todos los documentos justificativos, que los folios y los cheques de huéspedes están firmados por los clientes, que los cargos se ajustan a los acuerdos contractuales. - Las cuentas y los extractos deben presentarse puntualmente (en el mejor de los casos, diariamente). - Calcular con exactitud todas las comisiones pagaderas a las agencias de viajes; deducirlas de la factura o pagarlas únicamente a las agencias de viajes autorizadas. - Controlar, mediante registro, contabilización y balance, todos los anticipos recibidos por transferencia bancaria. - Las consultas y disputas sobre cuentas deben aclararse con la persona adecuada o con la directora financiera y responderse inmediatamente. - Garantizar que la información necesaria relativa a las cuentas vencidas se facilita a la persona adecuada para su seguimiento e informar a la directora financiera. - Cobrar los importes pendientes es una prioridad para garantizar un flujo de caja positivo para el hotel. - Equilibrar las cuentas, con las cuentas del libro mayor. - Control de la verificación de créditos. - Proporcionar información sobre el estado del crédito para los contratos pertinentes. - Seguimiento de todos los contratos Corporate obtenidos por el Departamento Comercial. - Si las facturas no son correctas, solicitar la corrección/reembolso correspondiente. - Asegurarse de que las tarifas, direcciones y depósitos están bien aplicados. - Preparar el write off cuando una cuenta es incobrable. - Cargar el saldo pendiente en la cuenta del cliente. - Actualizar el archivo de comisiones de AT y cuadrarlo con el libro mayor. - Archivar y almacenar la información del City Ledger de forma regular (es decir, diaria, semanal y mensualmente). - Ayudar a la oficina en cualquier otra tarea administrativa que sea necesaria. - Desempeñar cualquier tarea y responsabilidad solicitada por la directora o supervisora de Finanzas en función de las necesidades del departamento. ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Contrato indefinido con periodo de prueba.
