Role Purpose As an Office & Administration Coordinator in our Extremadura Office (Navalmoral de la Mata), you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our office and help create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and business partners. This is a highly operational and hands‑on role focused on office administration, employee support, travel coordination, event organization, vendor coordination, and workplace services. Key Responsibilities • Support daily office operations and employee services., • Coordinate travel, visitors, meetings, and company events., • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers., • Assist with onboarding activities and workplace administration., • Ensure a positive and efficient employee and visitor experience., • Provide flexible operational support across different business functions.
