Perfil demandado: • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia demostrable como Director/a o Manager F&B en entornos hoteleros de alta gama., • Sólido conocimiento en operaciones F&B, incluyendo estrategia comercial, aseguramiento de calidad y mejora de procesos., • Capacidad demostrada para liderar y desarrollar equipos numerosos y multiculturales., • Dominio de herramientas informáticas como MS Office, sistemas de gestión de restauración y plataformas TPV., • Excelentes habilidades organizativas, comunicativas y de resolución de problemas., • Fluidez en español e inglés.
