The opportunity: As a Connect operations assistant, you’ll be the relay between our team's Connect team based in Paris and our owners for the French and Belgian Market. You might as well support our owners in English for the Spanish, German and Austrian market. What you will do: ● Call owners to plan their Connect appointment (install/uninstall/maintenance) ● Call owners to plan spontaneous maintenances (based on issues spotted by our team, ex mileage issues, lock/unlock issues, etc) and do the follow up of these requests ● Fill in blanks in the calendars by calling owners to push for install/uninstall or maintenance booking ● Call owners to plan audits ● Deal with the most complex connect cases (escalations) ● Answer tickets relative to connect appointments ● Help out on CS tickets The candidate will be trained on the technical aspect of the job. Taking and distributing messages for guests, providing information on guest services, and answering inquiries about public hotel events.
