Responsabilidades clave • Dirigir al equipo de cocina en ausencia del Chef ejecutivo y el Sr. Sous Chef, incluyendo Chef de Partie, Demi Chefs y Kitchen Porters. • Apoyar al Chef Ejecutivo y al Sr. Sous Chef con mentoría, coaching y retroalimentación para mejorar el rendimiento y gestionar conflictos del equipo. • Asumir responsabilidades administrativas en ausencia del sous chef senior, como facturas, control de costos y el libro de alimentos. • Fomentar la comunicación diaria con otros departamentos para promover trabajo en equipo y servicio de calidad. • Supervisar la ejecución de los platos y los procedimientos de salud, seguridad y control de temperaturas en la cocina. • Colaborar en la creación de platos especiales y en la modificación de menús. • Informar al jefe de cualquier dificultad, comentario de huéspedes o problemas internos. • Ser responsable de todas las operaciones de cocina en ausencia del Chef Ejecutivo y el Sous Chef. • Cumplir con las reglas y regulaciones del hotel y el Manual de Miiro. • Participar activamente en programas de capacitación y maximizar las oportunidades de auto-desarrollo. Requisitos • Experiencia demostrada como Sous Chef o en un puesto similar en restaurantes de alta gama o de gran afluencia. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo mañanas, noches, fines de semana y festivos. • Capacidad para trabajar en un equipo diverso, con compañeros de diferentes culturas y países. • Dominio del español e inglés.
