Check out what our customers have to say: About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our platform. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll work directly with the CEO, engineering, business development, and customers to shape what we build and how we bring it to market. You’ll be the connective tissue between our users, our technology, and our business goals. You’ll spend real time with customers understanding their pain points, translate those insights into a clear product vision, and ensure the team ships the right things at the right time. You’ll also play a key role in communicating product updates, creating enablement materials, and making sure our users get maximum value from the platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply curious about AI, and regulated industries, and can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. At Parallel, product quality and user experience are non-negotiable. We obsess over every interaction, every flow, and every pixel — because our users work in high-stakes, regulated environments where clarity and reliability matter. We're looking for someone who shares that same standard: a product mind that instinctively asks, "is this the best experience we can give?" and isn't satisfied until the answer is yes. Your eye for detail, your taste for great product, and your drive to advocate for the user will weigh heavily in our evaluation.
