Digital Marketing Specialist – Europe (based in Madrid, Spain) Role purpose Lead Europe’s digital marketing execution with strong expertise across Social Media and content creation, ensuring every key commercial and brand moment is connected end to end through one integrated online + offline activation calendar. Drive consistent storytelling, high-quality execution, and measurable impact across European markets. Event attendance and on-site execution are core parts of the role. Responsibilities : 1) Integrated campaign and activation calendar ownership (online + offline) • Own one integrated calendar that connects social storytelling with priority offline activations (events, trade moments, partnerships). • Ensure each priority moment has one clear narrative, consistent key messages, and aligned CTAs across channels and touchpoints. • Maintain a clear weekly and monthly planning cadence with owners, deadlines, and approvals. 2) Social Media leadership and social media accounts management (Europe) • Own the European social media plan (content pillars, channel roles, tone of voice, messaging consistency). • Own accounts governance across Europe: access management, profiles, links, asset libraries, and documentation. • Ensure consistent quality, speed, and brand alignment across markets through structured execution. 3) Content creation, creative direction, and video leadership • Lead content development from idea to publication, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency. • Set and enforce video-first standards: concepts, scripts, hooks, shot lists, filming direction, editing quality, and channel adaptations. • Build reusable templates and a scalable content pipeline to increase output without losing quality. 4) Event communications and digital assets development (Europe) • Own the development of digital communication pieces for events and activations (pre-event, on-site, and post-event). • Produce and coordinate key digital assets such as announcements, countdowns, agenda or line-up posts, stories, reels, recap assets, partner mentions, QR-driven assets, and any required digital formats for screens and on-site visibility. • Ensure all event communication assets are brand-consistent, compliant, and delivered on time with clear version control. 5) Omnichannel activations and event execution (Europe) • Plan and deliver digital coverage for key activations and events, aligned to campaign goals and brand visibility. • Attend priority events as required to lead on-site content capture and ensure fast-turnaround content packages (pre, on-site, post). • Coordinate on-site content needs with internal teams, partners, creators, and agencies (shooting plan, access, run-of-show alignment, publishing plan). • Deliver a short post-event readout with performance highlights, content outputs, and improvement actions. 6) Agencies and stakeholders management (internal and external) • Own agency operations: briefs, deliverables lists, timelines, review cycles, approvals, and quality control. • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to secure inputs, fast approvals, and on-time delivery. • Track scope versus output and ensure budget and invoice alignment within internal processes. 7) Market intelligence, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and governance • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and platform changes; translate insights into execution actions. • Work closely with Marketing, Innovation, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Legal/Compliance to ensure alignment, approvals, and brand safety. • Monitor performance daily, track weekly, and deliver monthly reporting with clear actions and optimization recommendations. • Ensure governance, approvals, and brand safety practices follow internal policies, platform rules, and local regulations. Requirements •Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field •Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) are mandatory •4 to 6 years in digital marketing with strong experience in Social Media, content, and video-first execution •Proven experience managing social media accounts (planning, publishing coordination, governance, community approach) •Proven experience managing agencies and coordinating internal and external stakeholders •Strong project management skills (timelines, coordination, approvals, stakeholder alignment) •Demonstrated ability to detect and act on digital trends (market, platform updates, algorithm changes) •Strong analytical skills, translating performance into clear actions and optimization plans •Proven experience supporting activations and events, including on-site content capture and execution coordination •Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events is mandatory
