This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO What do we expect from you? To be the person responsible for implementing a Treasury Management System (TMS), establishing the consolidated group cash position, defining the actual and forecasted cash flow structure, managing the full treasury operations of our Spanish entities (collections and payments), monitoring the group’s debt and payment cycles, and operating a physical and notional cash pool across five currencies, including FX hedging and intercompany / netting arrangements. What will your role be? • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) for Grupo Proclinic — discovery, vendor coordination, configuration, integrations with banks and ERP, testing and go-live. EMBAT a plus., • Establish and maintain the consolidated group cash position on a daily basis, across all entities and currencies, as the single source of truth for liquidity., • Own and develop global banking relationships, managing multiple geographies and currencies, and negotiating credit facilities, fees and financial conditions to support business growth., • Act as a strategic treasury partner for internal stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax and Country General Managers), providing expert support and ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives., • Lead and coordinate treasury activities across countries, working with remote teams to ensure consistent standards, robust controls and high-quality reporting on a global scale. Hard: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s, MBA or specialised treasury certification (e.g., ACT, CTP) is a plus., • 5 –7 years of experience in Treasury in multi-country, multi-currency environments, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity., • Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) end-to-end — EMBAT strongly preferred; other platforms also welcome., • Hands-on experience operating physical and notional cash pools across multiple currencies and with the related FX products., • Track record managing intercompany flows, netting, FX hedging and debt monitoring at group level., • Experience running collections and payments operations at scale (Spain a must), • Experience working effectively with remote, cross-country teams., • Working knowledge of SAP (treasury-relevant modules: FI, CO, TR / S4 Treasury) is required; experience with SAP integrations to a TMS is a strong plus., • Solid command of the main corporate banking platforms (e.g., Citi CitiDirect, BBVA Net Cash, Santander Cash Nexus, BNP Connexis / Centric, Sabadell BS Online, etc.)., • Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity, host-to-host and EBICS protocols., • Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivots, Power Query); comfort with BI / analytics tools is a plus., • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate analysis, reconciliation and reporting., • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Other European languages a plus given the group’s footprint. Soft: • Strategic thinker with the ability to design a treasury framework from scratch — and an operator able to run it day-to-day., • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and zero tolerance for data errors., • Excellent communicator — capable of presenting clearly to the CFO, executive committee, banks and auditors., • Proactive, resilient and comfortable in high-growth, change-intensive environments., • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, especially with remote and cross-functional teams.
