JetZen Aviation, a U.S.-based private jet brokerage serving an elite global clientele, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-driven Bilingual Sales Assistant to support a senior Private Jet Broker operating at the top of the UHNW market. This is not a passive administrative role. You will be the operational and commercial engine behind the Sr. broker, managing a sophisticated international client database, reactivating dormant UHNW relationships, and proactively engaging new prospects across phone, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. You will need to be flexible in your role as you will be defining CRM data, speaking directly with a Principal, Chief of Staff, or Family Office representative in Moscow, London, or Dubai, and managing outreach alongside the Sr. Broker. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-discretion environments and brings a commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and an instinct for service excellence. Key Responsibilities Client & Database Management · Maintain, segment, and enrich a global UHNW client and prospect database · Ensure accuracy of client profiles, preferences, travel patterns, and KYC documentation · Track interactions, opportunities, and deal progress within CRM systems Proactive Client Outreach · Re-engage dormant clients and qualify new leads through outbound calls and written communication · Conduct professional outreach in both Russian and English via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram · Identify upcoming travel needs and generate qualified leads for JetZen Aviation Sales & Workflow Coordination · Support the full sales lifecycle: inquiry intake, aircraft sourcing, pricing coordination, contracts, and post-flight follow-up · Liaise with operators, brokers, and internal stakeholders to keep deals moving efficiently · Maintain strict attention to timelines, accuracy, and client expectations Concierge & Service Execution · Coordinate premium travel details including ground transportation, bespoke catering, and FBO arrangements · Ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience before, during, and after each flight Required Qualifications · Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable · Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in private aviation, luxury real estate, yachting, family offices, or UHNW services · Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.); familiarity with aviation platforms such as Avinode is a strong advantage · Commercial Instinct (“Broker Mindset”): Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented; you anticipate needs and act without waiting for direction · Discretion & Professionalism: Absolute commitment to confidentiality and trust at the UHNW level What We Offer • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses/commission splits (EUR 24k gross plus uncapped commission scheme), • The opportunity to work with the most affluent client base available., • Flexible working environment with a focus on results over "clock-in" hours.
