As we scale, we need someone to analyze, monitor, and improve how our AI interacts with real customers — and help us make better decisions across operations, product, and support. 🎯 What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a data-driven, structured thinker who loves turning real-world usage into insights and improvements. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s interested in AI, operations, and product — and wants to learn across functions in a fast-paced startup. You’ll work directly with the founding team, product leads, and operations, and support all business units by analyzing user interactions, identifying operational patterns, and helping us deliver more reliable, efficient AI-powered experiences. 👤 Ideal Profile • Background in engineering, mathematics, data, or business with strong analytical skills., • Curious about how AI products operate “under the hood”., • Excellent written communication — able to document observations clearly and concisely., • Strong attention to detail and bias for action., • Comfortable working independently and switching contexts (product, ops, sales, QA)., • Power user of tools like Notion, Excel, Airtable, ChatGPT, and eager to learn tools like Looker Studio, Zapier, or SQL. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 1. Monitor AI-Handled Calls and Identify Opportunities Analyze call transcripts and summaries to spot trends, recurring issues, or optimization points. • Detect edge cases, prompt failures, or areas for improvement in TTS/STT and LLM responses., • Report insights that improve product reliability, quote accuracy, and customer experience. 2. Support Operations Across the Business Track operational KPIs: calls handled, booking success rate, conversion rates, etc. • Collaborate with support and product teams to surface relevant insights or blockers., • Help prioritize fixes and improvements based on real-world data. 3. QA & Internal Knowledge Contribution Conduct structured QA sessions on new voice flows, verticals, or prompt variants. • Contribute to internal documentation (Notion) and process improvements., • Assist in building tools or dashboards to better monitor live operations. 4.
